This project involved a complete makeover of the clients’ first floor and features an expanded kitchen with Island, powder room and a new family room with a custom-designed fireplace and exposed collar-tie beams wrapped in distressed wood.

North American cabinets were utilized together with LG’s beautiful Viatera Minuet quartz countertops. An interesting feature in this kitchen is the use of a fixed (non-operable) window behind the range top with a stainless steel Island hood above. The homeowners enjoy a bright kitchen with a great view of the exterior landscape when they cook!
